Guild Config - Tickets Module

The Tickets Module is actually part of the Moderation Module, and not its own standalone module.

Purpose

Staff role 1 is one of the roles which is pinged in new ticket channels.

Purpose

The ticket category is the category in which new ticket channels are created.

Transcript Log Channel

Purpose

The transcript log channel is a text channel in which copies of a ticket transcript is sent once it has been generated.

The log will contain a button with a link to a permanent .html transcript file.
