Terms of Service¶
This page outlines the Terms of Service for Stig’s services. Please ensure you read and understand the terms fully. If you have any questions or require clarification, you are encouraged to ask.
The Agreement¶
By accessing or using the bot services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.
Changes¶
These terms are subject to change at any time. Continued use of the bots constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Users are responsible for reviewing updates posted on this site, however, alerts will be sent out in Stig's Dev Server
Codebase Ownership¶
All source code, databases and intellectual property associated with the bots remain exclusively owned by Stig.
No source code is sold, shared, or transferred under any circumstances.
Non-Transferability¶
The bot is granted exclusively to the original purchaser. Transfers to another individual, faction, or entity require a new purchase or explicit approval and payment.
Refund Policy¶
Refunds are available on non-custom modules within 3 days of initial purchase only, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
Setup fees and admin fees are non-refundable.
Usage Restrictions¶
Warning
Unauthorised sharing, redistribution, or resale of bot access is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination without refund.
Bots are licensed only for use within the purchasing faction / faction family. A faction family is considered one with same ownership group and naming scheme.
This means redistribution, sharing outside authorised groups, or reselling access is strictly prohibited.
Monthly Fees¶
All customers pay a fixed monthly fee of 30 Xanax, this fee covers support, future development, bug fixes and small changes and much more.
Note
The monthly bill always cover your previous month of usage, not your upcoming month.
Overdue Fees¶
If the monthly bill is overdue by 7 days, your bot will be shutdown.
Once overdue for 30 or more days, the bot and associated data will be deleted.
Warning
Failure to pay the fees will void your ability to restore the bot if you ever want it back.
Bot Restoration Fees¶
Should you wish to restore your bot after it has been shutdown, you can do so by paying a fee.

Misconduct Policy¶
Any form of abuse, threats, harassment, or toxicity directed towards Stig or closely associated players may result in suspension or permanent termination of service.
You may be refused sale if you are not yet a customer and have been involved in activities discussed in the above point
Termination Policy¶
If service is terminated by Stig, bot access remains active for 7 days, provided that the monthly fees are paid.
Any advanced payments of Xanax may be refunded at Stig's discretion.
